This is the second project that Ultimate Concrete Coating has completed for me. Tom and his crew are professional and high-quality craftsmen. Sheila in the office is fantastic, she couldn’t be more helpful before, during and after the project. I love what they did on my last project, it looks like the Ultimate epoxy garage floor. Everything was cleaned up when they completed the job and I couldn’t be happier. If you need an epoxy floor coating, I recommend you call Tom at Ultimate Concrete Coatings.

Good sales information. Had a 6-8 week wait to start the job and that was okay, however, they then extended the work date an additional 6 weeks. The person doing the actual concrete floor resurfacing was very professional and on time and a good communicator. The second day when he finished another group came to put the second coat of sealer and they did not do a good job.There was no follow up from the company to see if we were happy with the results of their work. We called the company as we saw unusual color results and sent pictures of the color. They did not get back to us and after 2 weeks we kept calling and they finally sent someone out to take a look.He was the same person who did the concrete work and he agreed that there was a problem. He followed up with power washing the flooring and came the next day to seal the flooring again.The key to a successful business is to always have good communication with your customers. My suggestion would be to always call the next week to the customer to make sure they are happy with the job results. Also, keep in communication throughout the step by step process.We did recommend them to friends who are also looking to have their concrete floor resurfaced.

I had my original stamped concrete installed about 15 years ago and after some time, of course it was in terrible condition. I reached out to ultimate concrete coatings to paint and reseal the patio. They were not the original company. This is the second time I have used them for touch up and reseal and they are so professional, very pleasant and followed some specific instructions that I had. I highly recommend them for your project. The office manager was so nice and responsive . The patio looks brand new.

These guys are awesome. From the office staff, salesman, Aaron & crew, I can’t say enough good things about the workmanship & quality….highly recommend them. Even the owner Tom made a final visit to check thins out and chat a bit. It’s always important in my mind for the owner to make a final site visit to view the final product, it shows he cares.
